You get the app to run your farm's mapping, records, stewardship and the rest. Your farm's data belongs to your farm, full stop. We never sell it, share it or use it to sell to you.
Keep your sign-in details to yourself, add only people you trust to your farm (and give them the right role), and remember the app is a working tool, not a substitute for reading product labels, scheme rules or your own judgement. Figures like payment estimates and spray windows are guides; the official paperwork and the sky have the final say.
You can export everything from the Export page at any time, and ask for your farm to be removed entirely. If a paid plan ever lapses, your farm drops to read-only with export always available; data is never held hostage. If the service itself ever winds down, there will be notice and time to take everything with you.
The app is provided as it is, worked on constantly and backed up daily, but no software is perfect: keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose, as you would with any tool.
